Who would win between in battle between these two brilliant combatants with tremendous fortunes.
Ground rules:
1. Each has six weeks to scout the other, but no attacks, vandalism of facilities, assassination attempts, etc can occur. Only espionage and counter espionage. In additon, anyone caught spying only get a week in prison (Gotham or Metropolis only) and a "mild" interegation from Batman or Lex Luthor.
2. Armor, vehicles, and weaponry are allowed. The full coporate and technology capabilities of Lexcorp and Wayne Industries allowed after the six week scouting period except for ability to do coporate takeovers.
3. However, Batman and Lex Luthor must have only "fully human" capabilities during this fight. For example, Lex cannot have Brainiac parts or Kryptonite poisoning, etc.
4. Only current employees of Bruce Wayne, Wayne Industries, Lex Luthor, and Lexcorp allowed. For example, Wayne Industries cannot hire Superman as an intern nor can Lexcorp hire the Joker as the entertainment for the Annual Saturnalia Festival, and then use them as troops. However during the six week scouting process, the Joker, Superman, and others can be interviewed.
5. Because of various legal mumbo-jumbo any metahumans or vigilantes (eg various Robins and Batgirl) employed by Lexcorp and Wayne Industries cannnot be involved in the fighting in the fantasy battle. They can only be intelligence operatives.
Please forgive me if this fantasy battle was done before.

I was eing rhetorical. but thr big pointy eared one confronted him in a trailor on a building sire after knockingout Mercy and waking up Lex from his sleap. thay have tangled a few times one i recall centered atound GI-robot.
