Stewie could kill them all if he had his technology. If it's a physical fight, the Simpsons would likely win.

Maggie's only dangerous if she has a gun, which makes me rule her out as a non-combatant and Santa's little helper can be easily distracted.
Lois has martial arts training, Stewie's almost her equal and he has technology on his side. Peter's beaten the chicken what 5 times now? Chris and meg have 4 years at least on bart and lisa.
Griffins all the way.

Stewie's weapons might win this for the Griffins. However, the Simpsons have massive plot armour. Lisa could come up with some good strategies, as could Bart. Marge is a world class organiser. It's a close-run thing, if you ask me.
Remember that the Simpsons have a lot of relatives living not too far away, who could be called upon to help in the fight. The men tend to be rather stupid but the women are much brighter.
