PROLOUGE:

Now Phase was a bounty hunter, currently with the Decepticons. One day, however, his friend Quiksilver quit, and was brutally murdered. So Phase quit too, so Megatron had Frenzy KO Phase with his sonic scream. Phase's spark was unstable when the other Soon-to-be-Elite-Wreckers found him. So when Med's arm just skinned Phase's spark, a radioactive blast was emitted, thus giving them unique powers. Soon, they joined the Wreckers and used their powers to form the Elite Wreckers, a Wreckers unit designed for stealth.
