Because it's called being patient. Find out when your stores stock new figures. If you're going in blind you'll be coming out empty handed. If Hasbro signals to us that Arcee and CAR are being 'mass'-released, we'll let everyone know.

Every one of the last dozen or so TRU exclusives seems to have gotten one or two "teaser" cases, and then six or eight weeks later gets 5-10 more cases. It happened with everything at least as far back Mudflap and Inferno or Titanium Prowl and Grimlock, maybe even older.

That's what I thought initially, too, so I was in no hurry to bust ass across town when there was a sighting only to get beat to the punch. Then they seemed to have dried up altogether. But I finally got hooked up by a local collector...therefore you can probably expect them to start flooding the shelves any day now. And if so, hopefully the eBay assclowns drown in the effers and lose all the profits they made up to this point on them.

There was 4 Arcees and 9 Ratchets on the shelf at my local TRU last night, yet no Freeway Jazz or Soundblaster. Strange.

Called a few TRU in my area today...most are clueless, but got one employee who mentioned that regional managers give approval when it comes to stocking "limited or restricted release figures". Sounds like this last weekend was the "Hasbro OK date". Go forth and search.
