Hello all... I'm new to this forum and kitbashing in general. I have a few ideas and I am curious if anyone here would have some suggestions. I am looking to make a custom Escargon(http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Escargon) figure with full articulation and robot/beast modes. If anyone could perhaps offer up some suggestions on where to start it would be greatly appreciated. I've done several modifications but never a full blown custom so I am kinda confused on what to do first.
