Not sure if you are referring to my post. If you were - what I meant by leg articulation is that the legs can bend and turn, not just add 1" to the figure.

yeah its some kind of pre-transformer! I've had it for many years and it's pretty old and never been taken out of its plastic prison!

I've been agonizing about whether I should get this set and I finally did out of sheer curiousity because they look virtually identical to the original track parts. He looks good going head to head with the upgraded Devastator:
