Just have them make a Generations Crossblades mold and then redeco/remold it into Blue Bacchus.

Well, you never know. Generations may be over for 2011 with these two, but it ain't over for 2012 yet.

I certainly hope so, I've always wanted a Crossblades (I'm a helicopter nut), but with his very meager exposure in the Marvel comics (he went kamikaze in his debut issue!) I'd say the chances are slim...

As for Black Shadow, a Google search reveals a lot of people use that name, anywhere for anything, so it's kind of hard to trademark. Instead, Hasbro opted for the more distinct Sky Shadow.

People are probably complaining about the entire figure, not just the head, looking unpleasant to the eye. Not the fact that he is not DOTM movie-accurate without hair. To me, thats a plus. hehe.
