EDIT: I challenge everyone reading this post and using these methods to spend at least $5.00, preferably more, this week towards ToysForTots. I think Cyberverse figures are like $1-$2 which can be quite a few figures. Thank you.
First of all, if anyone else has information/tips/or tricks let me know and I can update this post.
Second, these prices are BEFORE the $5 manufacturers coupon that can be found at Kmart and apparently Walmart (although I haven't seen one at any of my stores yet). The coupon can also be found on the DVD only (Not the Blue Ray/DVD combo pack) and can be redeemed online, max of two per computer. These coupons can also be used at most/all retailers.
Toys'R'Us:
Voyagers: $14.99 (also in ad)
Leaders: $39.99 (also in ad)
(Note: in their ad they advertise the coupon is in-store, my store had internet coupons preprinted for store staff use. I'm pretty sure this is the exact same coupon as the Walmart/Kmart coupon they have on the shelves, so you can't use both together).
Wal-Mart:
Deluxe: $9.88 (I think)
Voyagers: $15.00
Target:
Deluxe: $9.99 (also in ad)
(Note: In their ad they advertise to go online to print the coupon, I THINK it has a max print of 2 per computer. These also MIGHT work in conjunction with the $5 coupon Walmart/Kmart has. In order to use both you need to grab a 2nd item, like a pack of gum or a candy bar. <# of items on recept has to equal or be greater than the number of coupons used>).
-In other words, price match the Toys'R'Us $14.99 Voyager, and buy a $0.60 candy bar or whatever. Then use both the Target printed coupon + the other one, that $10 off of $15.59, so you just paid $5.59 for a Voyager + a candy bar.
-If anyone can confirm/deny this trick let us know in this post.
Kmart:
They do price match, other than that don't buy anything here, it's by far the most expensive. They have clearance HA: Mudflaps from ROTF at my store for $31.99. (I'd hate to see what their retail was before clearance)
Additional Tips/Tricks:
Price match other retailers. Although unethical, you can try to get them to match $29.99 HAs using the Toys'R'Us ad Voyager price of $14.99 before using the coupon (for a total cost of $9.99 for a HA non-Basic!). You can also try to get them to price match Ultimate Optimus Prime (the ~$70.00 one) for the Leader Price of $39.99 from your Toys'R'Us ad (or $34.99 for the Ultimate Optimus Prime!).
(Note: Most retailers don't price match % off or buy one get one like deals.)
Summary: (With manufacturers coupons)
Deluxe - $4.88 (Walmart, not in an ad)
Voyager - $9.99 (Toys'R'Us ad price match, possibly $4.99 at Target, explained above)
Leaders - $34.99 (Toys'R'Us ad, not a great deal this week, but an okay deal non-the-less. Possibly $29.99 at Target, explained above. Better deal, but I personally haven't paid more than $19.99 for any Leader figure in the last 5 years.)
HA Basic - ? I think ~$5.00 at Walmart (Not in an ad)
HA Reg - $9.99 (Yes, the $29.99 ones... Unethical method explained above, possibly $4.99 at Target, also explained)
Ultimate Optimus Prime - $34.99 (Unethical method explained above, possibly $29.99 at Target, explained above.)
Again, please donate to ToysForTots this week. Especially if you're using some of the non-ethical methods. I'll be honest, I got one HA Roadbuster for $9.99 at Target, but then I also bought 4 Deluxe figures at $4.99 to donate.

I saw that advertisement this morning, and from memory, those numbers were after using a manufacturer's coupon that they said was in-store. But looking at it online again, I think you're right. You can get voyagers for $10 a piece after the coupon.
Either way, I do like this post. There have been so many sales recently, it's hard to keep track of them
