I'll believe Swerve and Cosmos (and whatever other Legends figures) are coming out when I see them in stores. $10 two-packs never seem to move past the first wave or two here, I've only just seen the older Legends appear for the first time in my local store this Saturday (New Jersey isn't usually this late with new stuff), and Hasbro always claims they're trying to get whatever unreleased toys out.

bigbadtoystore has them for pre order. they are coming to the US. someone at toy fair asked a hasbro rep. and they said not enough were made and that they are NOT CANCELED.
