Inference: It would seem you got yours earlier then and being the early bird samples,it might be possible the Asian early releases paint/chrome application might have been rushed and not bonded yet. Hence the flaking off. My Hotrodimus (no coin) has no flaking issues. Though his heels are a bit loose.
