Welcome, peoples of the Interwebs,(old and new) today I present to you my custom Lego Mini Models based on Transformers from the live action movie films. I base these models off of the toys because I feel it is a better base than animation models or comics , but if you decide to make your own then you can to use whatever you want as a base (just give me credit). On the subject of credit, I'm gonna give credit to the LegoTFormers guys for the idea (link to their channel below).

The toy-based designs add an interesting dimension when the line has multiple size classes! The fellas with minifig helmets do contrast with their peers, but I suppose it is the best way to represent their appearance.

Love the trick of mounting the claw-pieces in the binoculars - creative use of a specialized piece.

Thanks, through out making these I have learned many different tricks to help make these as accurate as possible but also keep them the same size, but my favorite trick is the one I used for DOTM Leader Ironhide's chest, who you will see it in the next batch.
