Cyberfembots have been around for years and have always been way too pricey for many a collectors pocketbooks.
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

And as I've stated before, many times...I've yet to see more than one, maybe two people that actually got their figure(s).
So...yeah, buying this thing is a major gamble.
The company is run by a man who's less than respectable (and he's shown it in several threads, all over the different boards.)
The product itself is made of crap materials (I've heard the complaints).
It's super expensive (especially for something you had to put together, some kits were already assembled, but they wanted $300+ for them!)
Plus supporting him, helped kill Hasbro making Arcee, he could say he owns the design on the mold (even though he has no rights to the design, he does to the mold...they're handmade, so he has some leeway.) so if Hasbro makes their own, he might be able to sue. (I doubt he could win, but it's not worth the chances taken.)
All in all, avoid CyberFembots in any capacity. Whether it's A.R.C. or S.H.*.T. (The latter seems to be the case for all of them.)

The plastic is so thin and brittle, I'm not sure it could withstand a molding. Plus, once it's assembled, disassembling will break it.
Not only is it screwed together, but parts of it require glue. (It's a "garage kit")
So, yeah...no.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's capitalizing off of a copyrighted character. No matter if he made a mold or not, he's technically selling Hasbro's (or who ever owns the rights to Arcee) property and I'm pretty sure they could sue his pants off if they wanted.
I could be totally wrong here since I'm not a copyright lawyer but I don't see any way he could sue Hasbro if they wanted to produce a toy based on a character they own.

Oh yeah, they could, but he and his "company" (read: unpaid friends who needed something to do one weekend) did make the molds by hand, and designed it themselves (even though it is clearly based on Arcee).
There are things such as HeadMaster Spike, her different faces (one for battle, one for normal posing), her two guns, etc. Little differences that throw it off from Arcee's design.
But, I'm pretty sure that any court in the nation would look at his, look at their's and say "This is an open and shut case. The Defendant is an ass and must pay the plaintiff all proceeds. Suck it garage kit man!"
Although, it would be worded different, and he wouldn't tell him to suck it. lol

I feel in sad to say that I'm from the same state as this guy since he sounds like a major jerk who lives out in boondocks of washington state and has nothing better to do than make this crap.

Geez...even here? I guess all the other boards just weren't enough of a clue for him.
He was called:
A liar
A fraud
A con artist
A spammer
And he did live up to all of those names, sadly. This isn't a judgment call, all of this is from actually watching him and his actions.
I haven't seen a business man be so rude to so many who questioned him. He reminds me of Bill @ Bill's Toys & Games, only difference is, some people actually have gotten their items from Bill's. (NOTE: This is not recommending Bill's, I repeat, not recommending Bill's. In fact, I implore you, do not buy from Bill's. You'll get ripped off.)

I remember his threads here and can vouch for this.. He pissed off a good many people in his short tenure here.

As long as it's put together correctly, and used only as a display piece, then it should work as a nice display piece.
There's just so much work involved in putting her together, it's not worth it, really.
Sanding, cutting, gluing, painting, etc.

Regarding the legality of it, IIRC, he said obviously he couldn't use the name, because it was copyrighted. But I think Hasbro basically let him produce the fig, since they didn't intend to make it anyway. If he'd been trying to produce something they had plans for (like, say, WW Prime), they'd've stomped it.

Well if you are a model builder or like to work on miniatures such as Warhammer then this kit is rather easy to sand, shape, and paint, however most folks don't like to do that.
As for legal issues the kit is far enough away from Arcee to allow him to be produced (he claims to have approached Hasbro about it) and they really can't stop him. On the same situation he can't stop Hasbro from using their own design for Arcee.
If you look at the concept Titanium of her its similar in form which is why I was never crazy about that concept, not to mention Titanium Arcee's feet looked strange.
Animated Arcee looks like her G1 iteration so we will either see an animated figure of her at some point or we may see a proper version of her in Universe which is what I'm really hoping for. Think even Arron Archer said if they are going to do G1 Arcee they want to do it right for the fans.

Hello all,
Just wanted to drop in and clear up a couple things.
1. No buyer of any of my items has ever been cheated. For those who want to say otherwise, I'd encourage you to re-check your facts.
2. The materials that my products are made of are found here: http://cyberfembot.com/materials.htm neither of these materials are soft.
3. My "claims" about meeting with Hasbro are documented here: http://cyberfembot.com/legal.htm
As far as the rest of this stuff...
A liar
A fraud
A con artist
A spammer
It’s simply not true.
I encourage anyone and everyone who has questions or comments to write me directly at cyberfembot@yahoo.com. I'm confident that once you've actually talked to me directly you'll have accurate information about me and my products as well as a clear view of the distorted image that some would have believed publically.

No worries about the unavailability of A.R.C.; the new Arcee in Transformers: Animated will finally give us a toy that'll probably be more movie-animated in 'bot mode than one produced in 1986 would've been. I hear this new Arcee will be a jet, but I have no complaints if she looks like herself in 'bot mode and comes with the articulation and design quality we're seeing with the TF: A Bumblebee.
Let's not get into an argument here over the guy who sells them; he's offered his information, and folks here have offered their experience.

Fair enough,
There's also the Titanium prototype that Hasbro made, that could be produced at some point as well. We've got some clear shots of it (That I snagged from other internet sites a while back while it was still easy to find) on our Hasbro Petition page here: http://www.cyberfembot.com/makearcee.htm

I don't care man, and I wasn't being judgmental. I just thought controversy was a'brewin'. I wouldn't buy an Arcee if you gave me one.....:nothing personal, but I hate Arcee and can't understand why people fuss over her lack of figure.
As far as yer buisness goes, keep on truckin, and if people are happy with your product then good, if not, you can't please everyone. Good luck.
