The most difficult/time consuming movie figure?

For me, all of them. I must have passed up like 5-10 of each character, just so i'd settle with the most "preferred" paint application, and bubble condition(only for voyager class & higher). But dat's how i roll. Still get kicks from doing it too. How sad, indeed...

Difficult isn't necessariliy time consuming and vice versa.
Leader Prime: time consuming, but once you get it and find your most efficient sequence it's easy in the sense that you don't have to worry about lining up panels 1mm off, etc
Leader Brawl: Time consuming, and I find it possibly the most frustrating because of his arms. Hell to get back into tank mode, at least for me.
Barricade, BB, Ironhide: Once you realise that everything is there for a reason, and every peg and hole serves a purpose, it becomes actually quite easy to get them back. BB is still iffy for me when it comes to the shoulder automorph though. I haven't found my own most efficient sequence.

His initial transformation into a truck? Sure was. But you'd get faster with time and more transformations.

I agree, maybe because this was the first Transformer I transform since G1 stuff that I was all ready familiar with though.

They are all pretty simple-although i gotta admit that i am on e of those idiots who snapped a bumblebee so i guess he is the most frustrating transformation

I have to say leader prime as well. First transformation after openeing, I had a hell of a time trying to bring up the flaps that make the hood, and then trying to get the wheels all aligned so he can actually roll.

It takes me forever to get Ironhide back into his alt. mode, I've never gotten Deluxe Arcee back in her's and I've never gotten Leader Brawl into his tank mode.

I simply cannot get Leader Brawl back into Tank mode exactly like it's supposed to. The tracks just do not want to line up, I hate his alt mode transformation, plus his cannons fall off routinely, plus his head is a pain to keep down. Very easy to trigger his head automorph thing.
So yeah, Leader Brawl.

Ah, yes! Barricade and Ironhide definately are the most time consuming. Mainly because you have to place their pelvis in a certain position so the whole thing works to get it back to alternate mode.
Leader Brawl has not been difficult to transform either into robot or alternate mode. DeLuxe Brawl is another story, since getting those arms aligned inside the canon's turret is kinda tricky.

Ironhide is a pain! It took me forever to get the waist joint to lock into place, it was hard to push. I thought I was about to break it.
