Ebay Refunds

Postby Electron » Thu Nov 22, 2007 9:34 am

Just got Alternator Grimlock, and the thing doesnt say whether it was K.O or not so i went for it as it was at a reasonable price, but i am totally unhappy with it especially the fact that, his hands are on the wrong arms, so whts the best way of going around to get a refund (yeh i used paypal)

I have to say, to add insult to injury inside the display card says Wheeljack, but the packing box says Grimlock?

Cheers

Weapon: Double-Barreled Assault Missile Launcher
It's a KO. Your best bet will probably be to contact the seller directly. You can try filing a complaint with E-Bay if you think the seller misrepresented the item, but I doubt that's going to work.

Well, the auction does say "TRANSFORMER BINALTECH BT10 GRIMLOCK MUSTANG GT" whcih looks pretty valid to me, but the item is obviously not that.. it's the knock off.. and he didn't say did he,so I think you have a good chance.

He hasn't sold much either, but oh well

Weapon: Sword
What was pictured is obviously a KO if you know your Transformers. The price should have been your next biggest clue.

I say you got what you paid for. The seller did not say it was a KO, and she did list it for what it says on the package box.

You are within your right to contact the seller about it and see what she will do for you. Good luck.

this happened to me two year ago with a g2 meg's. i was super pissed, but then, i didn't look too carefully at the figure shown, and the price was too good to be true. and the fact that the box weighed 3 pounds.
i had to demand a refund for about three days, and swear i'd ruin the guy's name, then i sent it back and waited 3 weeks to get the refund.
all in all, pay attention to the things you buy.
it ain't going anywhere so ask questions.
