I separated both Bulkhead and VP's heads, and did some clipping and filing so the two halves would fit together. A connecting post came from some styrene tubing and the rim that stops the head from coming out was a thin styrene strip cemented round the bottom. A semi-circle of thick styrene forms the neck (filling the gap between the chin and the torso). And a little beard cut from a sheet of thin styrene finishes him off.
I've painted him simply using Citadel Boltgun Metal and washing with Tamiya red and blue clearcoats.

Also, it has sound effects whether or not you have the key in place anyway. The key just changes the effect made when the sword arm is moved.
