I wasn't going to post WIP pics incase I never finish the job or it doesn't turn out the way I want, but this morning I had a couple of breakthroughs with this project and I wanted to share them with someone... so here you go.

I bought a couple of junker unicrons to try and combine my Alternator Predacons. Now this is a WIP so remember that the main body will get a paint job, his head will be resculted and painted, he will have his left hand and his right leg, and I will complete Rampage and Headstrong... but I'm pretty happy with the start.

What do you guys and girls think?

I know that problem too well, posting Wip's that stay in the wip phase. Looks really good so far.
If someone said they were making an alt combiner with a ram for an arm, I would have tought it'd be way too big. But it fits on there well, actually makes the Sub' look too small. Would it work to connect the trunk at the shoulder and then fold the feet out a bit? You might get it to sit up a bit higher and give you a spot to connect the hand.

Is the last limb a corvette or am I thinking of someone else's Preds? Have you only posted the 3 so far?

I agree and I will keep fiddling with it til I'm happy with the proportions. At the moment the hands line up perfectly and I have already folded out part of the feet and thats where the connection is. I plan on making some wings so hopefully that will help to even up his shoulders.

Divebomb, Tantrum, and Razorclaw are the only ones I've posted. The last limb will be another jeep. Rampage (right arm) is going to be Alt Ops with a resculpted Grimlock head and a repaint, and Headstrong (right leg) is going to be a jeep with a repaint. Like the G1 figures, Headstrong and Tantrum are basically the same figure, as are Rampage and Razorclaw.

I meant to say hood, not trunk (Gonna blame that on lack of sleep) So Divebomb is flipped the other way. Might let you use the feet and legs to give you some more length and a bit more of an elbow joint. Anyways you've worked things out well so far, so whatever you come up with should look good.

Makes sense to use 2 jeeps and headstrong and tantrum look similar enough. Starting with a swindle or adding yellow to another rollbar?

now that is something ive never even thought of
