In the Capture of BB set, he has some slightly metallic silver/gray color on his inside parts; does anyone know if this is the same coloring as planned for the Premium BB?

Will there be some better paint apps? Maybe on the exterior.

Also, in the First Encounter set Sam looks as big as the S7 troops in the Capture of BB set. I have not opened either, I'm only comparing from what I can see in my sealed sets. Does anyone know if there is a size difference? I know Hasbro has had the same "sizing" issue with their Star Wars Unleashed 2" line, too.
