Protoform Prime
Masterpiece Prime
Optimash Prime (lol upside down face)
Optimal Optimus
Classic's Prime (Voyager)

3. SCF Thundercracker
4. SCF Armada Megatron
5. SCF Cyclonus
My desk is too cluttered to accommodate any big guys. =( I fear I would knock them off the desk and do them harm.

Re: Your Top 5 "Desk" Transformers
Now that school's in session I don't have a desk per se, but last summer I bought movie legends Prime and Megatron specifically to have on my desk for my summer job.
If I was back there now I don't think I'd have 5 figures on my desk. That's enough that I'd probably never get any work done. I'd probably just pick one and right now that would be movie concept Bumblebee.

I have Titanium Thundercracker and Rodimus Prime. They Look good on there little stands.
Otherwise I like to play around with R.I.D Optimus Prime, only the cab section, with the extra hands. Right now he is holding Cyb primes Matrix of leadership in his hand.

Which Leader Prime?
Personally, my desk is cluttered to heck and back. But the ones I fiddle with most are:
1 ) Movie Stockade
2 ) Classics Ultra Magnus (I don't have Prime)
3 ) Energon Divebomb
4 ) Armorhide (either basic Cybertron or the Target movie repaint)
5 ) Movie Incinerator. Yannow, I didn't think I was gonna like this guy, but he is a fun little toy. And with FAR less unrealistic exposed robot componants than, say, Voyager Movie Starscream.

I've got the team that makes R.I.D. Landfill, resplendant in their skittles colours, and teeny tiny Unicron eating a hacky sack.

Re: Your Top 5 "Desk" Transformers
Nice selections for the most part. I was surprised at two things:
1) how much people liked Movie Landmine and Incinerator, and
2) how many people use Alternators as their "desk Transformers". Yeah they're cool, but for the most part they're not exactly 15 second transformations.

I've got movie Armorhide on my desk as of right now. Since I bought him I've been picking him up and posing him every so often. He's a cool little figure, plus his gun is almost as big as he is

Re: Your Top 5 "Desk" Transformers
I find myself fiddling with Cybertron Sideways the most, he's convenient, brainless, and yes always on my desk. It's funny how many people mentioned the Cybertron Armourhide mold, that's my son's #1 "desk" Tformer, brainless transformation that a five-year old find himself amused for hours and hours without ever getting bored. Maybe it's because the Movie stuff is just to complicated and fragile for him??

I've got Blackout at work and movie Wreckage on my desk at home. I just got Incinerator at home and hope to make him another "desk" Transformer (hey, I like him, even if he doesn't have traditional hands).
I'd put more on my desk at home, except that one of the spots is taken up by my house plants. I'd have the plants on my coffee table if I wasn't worried about the cat getting to them.
