on the official hasbro site it says classics astrotrain connects to jetstorm by its front landing gear how does it do that

GO TO THE TRANSFORMERS SITE and go to toys r us s;pring exclusives and read under where it says jetstorm

you know on the cybertron jetfire mold where in jet form you pull up the back to reveal the gun dont ;pull the gun up theres a gap where the mechanism pulls up put the landing gear there but its really dumb why would hasbro even ;post it

Oh! I got it! The Hasbro page talks about the type of jet carrying a space shuttle, right? I'm using a Sky Shadow at the moment, but I'm assuming they're all the same -

On Jetfire/Sky Shadow/Jetstorm, flip up the little panel in front of the head. Insert Astrotrain's front landing gear (he can't have his gun underneath for this). It's not a good connection, but he'll sit nicely.

I'd take a picture of my own, but I can imagine it'd look better with Jetstorm, not Sky Shadow.

That's fairly interesting, and I'm guessing the Hasbro techs found out by accident.

As its doubtful they would actually think up a gimmick for 2 figures of different lines.

Unless of course they designed both molds at the same time, but released them for separate lines.

In any case looks lie I'm gonna have to track down a Jetfire, Skyshadow or Jetstorm (Soundwave for all intents and purposes), to try this out.
