Those are called Cyber Stompin' Robots. They only made Prime and Bumblebee so far (and I sincerely hope they won't waste any plastic on more)
Cyber Slammers are chibi vehicles which roll a bit and them pop up in robot mode. They're about as tall as Scout class figures.
