Some new images have turned up on eBay of Transformers Movie Premium Series Leader Class Megatron. Premium Series Megatron boasts a much more movie accurate paint scheme compared to the initial release.

The pictures included in this auction show some closer shots of the figure. Which allows us to see the details of this new paint scheme much easier.

I really like the the new colors. It seems to work for him.

And if I liked this megs, I'd get it. Too bad I can't stand this toy.

He looks better than the original, but I like my repaint that I did better. I can't see myself dropping another 40 bucks on this mold though.

Should have added chrome to it. That would have at least made it worthy of calling it 'premium!'

Istead of blue they made some parts pitrch black.
i don't know which is worse.

No matter what you do to this mold, it is still crap. Unless Hasbro were to team with Takara and create some kind of Masterpiece version, I will never be buying a movie Megatron again.

Looking at the Cap. of BB "metallic" paint used on BB, I'm very concerned that Hasbro's definition of metallic is just a light gray color.

I'm more looking forward to Premium Prime than Megs. Mind you, as ripoff as the Premium Series is, I'm glad they're bringing out a swordsman Prime. Finally, an Autobot leader without a generic laser gun!

They should have released him with a gun and a sword as they can be removed. The sword version doesn't make sense as the gun barrels still slid out of his wrist anyway...
