For the most part, he seems to be a repaint... he's metallic grey (silver?) instead of brown, and has some markings that the other voyager SS didn't.

It's getting released up here as a Zellers exclusive.

Though that's not exactly any better, considering Zellers never has any TF's anyway. Hopefully the Ages 3 and Up @ Metrotown will have it.

I guess a "deep space" version is easier to pull off than "has hands" version.

I'm waiting for retail, and only getting one.

I am however looking at all the StarScream overstock and thinking of building an assault army.

As a character the figure is weak, but as a fighter drone :shock:

Thanks for the news on that front. I had a feeling that Zellers would carry it given the recent news about the Target deluxe exclusives @ Zellers of late. Hope that there will be enough to go around if not then its eBay for me.

Anybody knows about the paint they used. My premium megatron and ratchet had great paint jobs but all of the premium jazz I've seen have had the worse scratches in the world.

Doesn't matter now since I've ordered it already but just wondering. . .

Well, i have the first movie starscream, and then i got the G1 repaint.

Actually i like the G1 repaint better. It has a smoother surface and softer articulations, so it's a breeze to transform.

I decided to repaint the face since i don't like how the mask ended looking like a huge moustache.

But... i'm not going for Deep Space Starscream. I'd rather paint my own Starscream with silver paint.

Anyways, don't you love how easily Starscream shoots his missiles to you whenever you pick him up ? That's pure decepticon spirit... That's Starscream. Treacherous. He's been about to take my eye out several times. :lol:
