Looks great! Just like MP Starscream, I mean Classics Thundercracker should look.
Now all I need to see is Thrust before I decide to drop the money on the set. He's the one that I decided early on would be the deal breaker for me.

Oh, look!
They made him from pure sex! and what with the cost of sex on the market today, they're really playing into fan expectations.
Bravo!

Man, the blue on Dirge and Thundercracker look very close to being the same though.

Hmm. Not bad. Not mind-blowing, but not bad. I'd have preferred a deeper, less turquoise blue but it may just be the lighting.

Excellent work. I prefer the slightly darker blue myself, but congrats to everybody getting the Botcon set...that's a nice looking figure.

Yay! I love it when a figure is produced that everybody wants yet only those fortunate enough to got to BotCon are able to get!

Fogive me if this comes off as bitter, but why couldn't this have been a general release or store exclusive again?

I hate Hasbro right now. I'll be lucky if I ever get to be in the same room with this toy let alone play with it.

A thing of beauty!! I only hope that Thrust is equally as nice!
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

They probably are the same blue. In fact, with the exception of the cone head, cockpit, and wings they're the same figure. They both have black feet, thrusters, lower arms, and hands. My guess is, they pop off a bunch out of the same mold and designate so many as Dirge and so many as Thundercracker. It's only the wings, head, and cockpit that are different.

I don't think it's the same blue. Thundercracker seems to have somewhat of a glitter in his plastic.
I bet they are the same colors as the G1 reissues Hasbro did three years ago. Check those, you'll clearly see the difference.

Meh. It's nice, but seems alot like the one some guy kitbashed some time ago.
Once again, watch as Hasbro screws over the world in favour of the few.
Good job guys, good job...

You could be right it's hard to tell from those pics for sure. I do see the glitter you're talking about though. However, I can only really make it out on the wings and the tip of the nosecone on Thundercracker... both pieces which are different from Dirge.

It would have been nice if they'd used some smaller guns for these seekers...I'm pretty sure hard-core collectors don't give a darn about firing missiles.

I've nearly lost my missles a couple of times when trying to transform them. I did that the first time I transformed Starscream and nearly everytime I transofrm Classics Jetfire. I just have to take the missles off now so they don't accidentally shoot off.

Meh...
Repainted Starscreams are really getting old for me. I wouldn't buy this guy if he was mass-produced and sold at retail, I'm certainly not gonna pay 200$ on eBay for one...
I don't think any convention exclusive will be able to beat last year's Botcon exclusives, the Beast Wars set was awesome!
