That's a long sale! I think TRU Chatswood might be getting some business from me over the next month.

Oh I really hope that Toys 'R' Us Mt. Grevatt has re-stocked since I was last there. They don't seem to like re-stocking, probably why there is more empty space than toys.

I agree with Spirit, I may pop into Chatswood on payday, and Penrith on the weekend.
Some really good savings, especially the deluxes, leaders and helmets. The blasters are also very tempting.
I just hope TRu restocks for the month, usually once what is on the shelf goes, they leave it bare for 2-3 weeks until the sale ends, then restock with the newest waves and everything.

TRU are too late!
Aside from the DLXs being $20 (best price so far!), most of these prices are the same at Toyworld - and their sale started last week and ends roughly the same time as the TRU one does!

But it is a bonus for people in the Capital cities, where TRU's are concentrated. I know it is kind of crap for those in more rural areas, but at least many major rural centres have a Toyworld.
I would imagine that TRU has access to larger amounts of stock per store than Toyworld would.

No doubt! I’m just saying that unfortunately for TRU they will miss out on my money… money I would have gladly spent there had I not bought stuff earlier at Toyworld for the exact same price!
Still, I’ll check out the TRU sale – who knows, they may get stuff in that we haven’t seen yet… Voyager Megs/Prime? Maybe even Titaniums on special?

A few questions:
1. What are the F.A.Bs?
2. Has anyone seen any of these in aussie stores yet?
- Movie Ratchet
- Movie Barricade
- Robot Heroes Megatron and Ultra Magnus
- Robot Heroes Soundwave and Bumblebee

Heya,
1) FABs are ‘Fast Action Battlers’… They're a simplified version of some of the movie figures (still well sculptured but designed for younger kids to play with)
2) Yes - Barricade and Ratchet
- No – Those particular Robot Heroes (Other people may have seen them... I've only seen wave 1!)

The FAB's are out in Target, Kmart, Toyworld and Toys R Us stores all over the country.
I think the ones out are: Prime, Ironhide, Starscream (may be more, depends on the store)
They have been made for smaller hands/smaller minds, with action oriented gimmicks, like grappling hooks. In Alt mode they do not differ much from the Deluxes, but Robot modes are far less detailed.
Only Robot Heroes Wave 1 has been released thus far, I doubt it will be too long before we see wave 2, as some stores already have wave 2 of the Real gear robots as well.
Just keep your eyes peeled.

TRU Penrith have all of Wave 1 , in many many multiples of each. No sign of Wave 2 for any size class though.
The Legends figures were all sold out, bar 1 bumblebee, which is odd.

Trunks please for the love of Primus don't buy the helmet. The only ones we have for sale here are the Gary the Monkey ones.I would only get it if was on sale for 20-30 bucks. It aint worth what they are charging. I personally if I had the funds import the Cullen version from the US.

If thats the one that the kids wear oin the ads then Ill def skip it.
At the moment I am planning on leaving the helmets be, they will drop down to fairly low prices in about 6 months, just like the Darth Vadar ones did.
