Doubtful, unless the person got ahold of a Prime picture we haven't seen yet, unless I just missed this one.
And if the people who said that were from AICN, then all I can say is "blah". The talkbackers on that site are absolutely horrible, for the most part, cry "plant" at every turn, and have mouths fouler than a coherent Ozzy Osbourne...which is rare. The coherent part, at least.

Pretty cool. Prime's arms look surprisingly boxy there. I like how battle-damaged Prime appears here. The lighting is good. Too bad the image is so pixelated. Prime's flames continue to look goofy to me, especially with that little white outline. I know it's beating a dead horse, but aren't they trying to be inconspicuous here?

Looking at it, this DOES look like a fan-made poster. Most of the international ones have that Photoshopped feel to them. Of course, we've never seen this image of Prime before, but who knows? These may not be official.
