Here's something we've grown unaccustomed to outside of Japan, a store giveaway! It appears that Toys"R"Us will be giving away a single packed orange version of the Devastator Kreon. This news comes to us by way of Jo Paulin of the Reprolabels facebook fan page. No details on how to acquire this guy other than Jo Paulin's statement, "G2 Devastator Kreon ToysRus Exclusive Giveaway! Ask about it in store!" Keep in mind this facebook user appears to live in Canada, so it's unknown if this figure will be available in the US.

Is this a US thing? The multiple languages makes me think 'no'...

Not that I really want a one-man Combiner anyways, regardless of the G2 deco or Megatron gun. I'd be all over it if these where the ones made up of 4 Kreons, though.

This is actually different from the one in the Autobot Assault set, as that one had clear purple hands, a black gun, and was in a lighter yellow than this.

Not entirely stoked about this, or Kre-O in general. It is pretty interesting how a normally-Japanese exclusive is making its way outside the home country.

Very cool, I wasn't huge on Kreo until I started buying the Decepticon figure packs. Now I realize that these are very high quality and in many ways better than the Lego minifigures.
