The client, inspired by
rainchang007's custom, wanted a transforming IDW Galvatron version.
so after some meetups and discussions, i took these as references:

------------

i did this lineart to be my guide on the desk.
i have to make it close to the lineart as much as possible to meet the client's requirement and requests,
so i did some measuring and stuff, with Classics Megatron as the base figure.

with styrene beams, right side of the torso is filled, also
made a frame on the sides of the folding chest part with it.
expanded the width and made a hole on the center of the chest part.

because of the new width and center hole,
the horns are now safe when the chest part is folded.
right pic: horn tips secured. no bumps.

more styrene on the chest.
putty was applied on the gaps of the non-symmetrical shoulders, also later on the chest.
*one of the challenges here is to make the parts symmetrical.

after a long sanding session + a pack of cigarettes and a liter of iced tea.
we got this.
