Oh hell yeah! That two pack is AWESOME! If I see it, I'm gettin' it.
As for the pic, it looks like it has two watermarks, and one of the marks says ACTOYS, so the pic probably originally came from there. Which may imply that its just being released in Asia, and will be released in the US in, what, a month or so?
Whatever the US release, its a very cool and uexpected find. Awesome! =)

Who's gonna get the Prime BB 3pack as an exclusive?
I'm betting Taget since they're getting the StarScream repaint, but some confirmation on that would be awesome.

'08 Bumblebee is the best Deluxe of the line, and the Voyager Prime is meant to be good too.
Sounds like a good pack for those who have neither figure. Wonder if it will be a Target AU exclusive toy, considering Voyager Prime is a Target AU exclusive.
