I don't expect to ever find him in store at this point, not unless they do a reorder and possibly up his case count. I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact I won't be getting Cosmos until it's reissued in the main line later on down the road. I refuse to pay $45+ for a $24 at best figure because as it is I feel they're a bit too high priced anyway.
Luckily my preorder for Elita-1 got a price reduction just before it shipped to $18 and change so it makes up for some other higher priced bots I paid full price for and regretted it.

Simple, back in stock doesn't necessarily mean a restock. It means that some quantity became available either found in the warehouse or a previous order that was cancelled or returned undeliverable. All 3 deluxes you mentioned could have had some available but it literally could have been single digits for each one. I forgot to set my alarm and missed Minerva, but at least got in on Galaxy Shuttle and immediately calcelled my Walmart pre-order.
