He's on the list.-Kanrabat- wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:Last night I took my TR Blurr off the shelf and played with him, transforming him back and forth. Honestly, his bland deco kinda hit me harder than before. I was gonna pass on the new Blurr, but I think I'll be picking him up.
Shattered Glass Blurr's deco is anything but bland. I recommend that you pick him up.

Isn't that a good thing?Nemesis Primal wrote:2. Hauler has the fixed pegs from Inferno/Artfire despite using all of the rest of Grapple's tooling.

The "despite" made it sound negative.william-james88 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Isn't that a good thing?Nemesis Primal wrote:2. Hauler has the fixed pegs from Inferno/Artfire despite using all of the rest of Grapple's tooling.
Yes, why are you asking?

It's just a turn of phrase, not indicative of opinion. I find it more eloquent than "even though"

It wouldn't fix the issue. Someone else would just do the review of the "stolen goods" instead.

I'm pretty sure someone else already does. It is what it is at this point...

Exactly. People want to see the things early and there's only ONE way to see the things early. Unless Hasbro get quicker with their own official "reviewer" that would show the thing in clear details like pro reviewers do on Youtube.
Awkward "show and tell" on potatocam like Hasbro stream do not count.

I'm skipping Hauler because I arbitrarily exclude animation errors from my G1 collection. Rainmakers are legit, I bought Redwing for some reason, Hauler is a hard "no." Could have gotten him for the Wreckers comic, but I'm biased against him for the G1 reasons.
This was my intent, yes. I have seen some people wishing this figure used the Inferno head to match the toy, so I guess for them there may be negative feelings towards using all the Grapple bits except the pegs, but I'm indifferent on that front.-Kanrabat- wrote:william-james88 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The "despite" made it sound negative.william-james88 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Isn't that a good thing?Nemesis Primal wrote:2. I understood from the start that he meant "even if they used all of Grapple's parts, the pegs issue that was fixed on Inferno/Artfire remains."
BTW, I fixed my Grapple by drilling the problematic holes just a tiny bit.
About that sentence specifically:william-james88 wrote:Cyber Bishop wrote:Looks like screen-caps from that thief's youtube page.
The source is written in the article

Interesting, what other characters do you exclude then under that line of thinking?

Enemy is the other main example that comes to mind, though he was also canonized in IDW2.
