Just got off the phone with a friend of mine who works at wallyworld! he said that they did arrive!! BUT! the cases had a " Don't sell til Oct" sign on them! well it seems the same ole scapler thats been haunting that damn store , walked up and bought ALL THREE CASES!! and then to top it off, he also bought the 3 cases of wave 2 25th ann.g.i. joes!! DAMN!!!!!!!!! my friend told me they WERE NOT suppose to ring up until the grand opening( oct.24th) but they did!! same damn scalper too, that resells them at the local trade shows!!!DAMMIT!!!!!!! on a good note i was told the next shipment that comes in, i'll get a call, so....... sorry for the rant!

So let me see, the cases were out on the floor? Or did the random guy walk into the stock room and grab them?? Your story has holes in it.

Not to be a dick, but the guy who takes NO for an answer will never win. You should have taken yourself up there and grabbed them.

no the new people pulled the pallets to the floor, not knowing the do not sell signs!!(stupid i know) and if i'd have gotten a call, i would have been up there, in a heartbeat!! but they were not suppose to ring up!! and they did!! the guy is there almost everynight, looking, its not the first time hes done this! when i worked there i would'nt give him or any other scalper a chance, but its changed since i left! oh well, someone will pay his inflated prices i'm sure, i'll just sit and wait for now!!

Ok I got ya now. Was it the new encore Starscream? The neighbor girl works at our new Wal-Mart, I might have to check it out in the AM

Masterpiece Starscream is a Wal-Mart exclusive. Encore Starscream is the G1 reissue from Takara, which can be purchased on WM.com The stores will be carrying the Masterpiece figure, not the Encore Japanese reissues.

There is a difference, and the uninformed will get incorrect information. This must be stopped.

When in October where they suposed to put them out, just any day or coorsponding with the movie DVD release?

I'm guessing it'd be corresponding to the DVD...but I could be wrong. I'm just glad to know there's at least a relative date that he'll be released. I wouldn't worry about the scalper though. I have a feeling he'll be easy to find at Wal Mart. Kids are going nuts over the movie toys. Movie Optimus is impossible to find, yet the 20th anniversary primes are overflowing at every Wal Mart I've been to in the past week or two.

that's probably because they're 80 dollars and not that good a toy compared to the other MP's.

*sigh* Why can't we all just buy 1-3 of each? It's people like this that make me sick for buying on eBay, and I rarely do so for that reason.
