You just made me realize that this scenario isn't just a mix of "Beast Wars and G1" or "Beast Wars and TFTM", but more specifically like a mix of "Beast Wars and Time Wars!!!"

Maybe Rodimus and his guys come back in time and muck everything up, which somehow results in the Maximals and Predacons emerging from transwarp in the present day as opposed to millions of years ago.

Nah because they have to have animal alt modes, imagine the outrage if they did this but gave them all vehicle alt modes. While different and certainly an idea for another time, it would hurt a bit in beast wars anniversary year.
It's more likely that Rodimus is going to get blasted into the past and meet their descendants from the future.

Having thought about what the leaks are claiming a bit more, I'm guessing there proably won't be a Predacon Inferno in this line if the G1 Inferno is going to be there. The only Predacons the leak mentions are Megatron and Scorponok, but I'm hoping for new toys of Taratnulus and Blackarachnia as well. Waspinator is probably inevitable too, but I may just stick with my Thrilling 30 Deluxe, though it would be funny if Waspinator ends up as a Weaponizer type figure like Cog or Brunt that splits into multiple parts, in reference to how he's always getting blown to pieces.

I'm disappointed by the discontinuation of Battle Masters, frankly. After how phoned-in the gun battlemasters after Firedrive and Blowpipe were, I was really hoping for better tries in ER and Part 3.

I fail to see why G1 Inferno means we can't also have BW Inferno, if we can get a second Optimus every time thanks to a prefix/qualifier then why can't they slap Predacon or Beast Mode or Alternate Future or something on the front of BW Inferno's name and call it a day? Skipping one of the main members of the Predacon cast just because he shares his name with a lame fire truck would just be losing them money. They just have to space the two out in the waves.

Weaponizer Waspinator would be hilarious though.

Of course, there's the question of whether they'll be able to make these new Beast Warriors any good.

I was thinking that with ER Scorponok being out it would just be show transmetals characters but if the leak is speculating bw scorponok then no reason we cant see both infernos. The prowl/earthmode ironhide box set might even be magnaboss

only problem is I sold all my beast wars and was going to focus on bw mps so I doubt im buying any wfc beasties. Money saved to go halfway towards getting a bw mp leg or something in theory.

*second problem they might not be as good as the originals or lose modes/drones/mutant heads etc

Yeah, but Optimal Optimus doesn't have a fully organic beast mode. Those, HasTak have been hit-or-miss on quality-wise when it comes to new toys of the Beast Warriors. Remember the disaster that was Universe (2008) Cheetor? The awkward mishmash that was 10th Anniversary Deluxe Optimus Primal?

In-story, that was technically a post-Beast Machines Primal.

We had a hint of Beast Wars making a come back earlier this year with a listing for Deluxe Cheetor. Now that listing was for the Netflix line which is made up of toys from the Generations War for Cybertron line. Now that is a big deal since it means that Cheetor toy would be also released in the main line, at sometime. And now we have an idea of how that Cheetor could be released and why. A post on Vector Prime shows upcoming toys for the Studio Series and WFC line and they state that the 3rd part of the trilogy would have G1 characters meeting up with Beast Wars characters. It would be named Kingdom and include:

- leader Beast Wars Megatron
- Voyager Optimus Primal
- Deluxe Cheetor and Airazor

That same line would also have leader class Rodimus with trailer.

As for the Studio Series 86 rumours, along with Slag and Daniel, what we see here is Hot Rod and Scourge.

Of course these are all rumours, so take them as you will. The iamge below was posted by Facebook page Vector Sigma.

What upcoming listings? The post doesn't show any listings, just what somebody said (besides the Cheetor for WFC).

For those coming straight from the news article, the reason why this is believable is because the leaker called the name "Kingdom" before it started appearing on the posters, and because they called SS 86 Leader Slag with Daniel before the retailer listing popped up.

Well more beast wars is good, as long as the same loving , I was wondering how they'd do it though when the rumours first started. Guess time travel is as good an option as any..
Though this will be where scale takes a flying leap, we know from the agenda how big Primal and BW Megs were supposed to be to the Autobots and Decepticons of old.

RobotMasters ignored the scale issues first.

Well it's going to have to be a new scale, but it's not going to be cartoon accurate next to Earthrise Optimus and Megs I'd imagine the beast wars stuff will be in scale to each other (like voyager Primal and Leader bw megs) just not to their G1 contemporaries.

Though as I type this, I'm suddenly remembering Takara's Robot Masters line where they included Primal and Lio Convoy along side Optimus Prime and Star Saber... Though then again, scale probably wasn't a factor there either

And the combiner-sized Star Saber was even the same height as the other leaders.

I love scale. That said, don't ask, just buy it! Just like the little alien dude in 86.

This is a huge disappointment for a line that was going in such a good direction. If they want to do a BW line, do it separately

Where does it say "listings of upcoming toys"?

Still not 100% into this if it’s true. But.... if Beast Wars Optimus Primal and Megatron look good I might bite. I have the OG gangsters but man, they have not aged well (Megatron moreso than Primal, Primal still holds up).

I just want actual Armada updates that aren’t low effort, dammit
