Tigatron's looking really nice. I think I'd prefer having a posable tail, and actual storage for the gun, but otherwise this is looking really good. I really like what they did with the bot mode legs though

Finally a look at Tigatron.

Looks really nice. Like the size.

The eyes aren't dead though, they are black with white around them.

Though maybe people expected them to be bright metallic green.

Tigatrons looking nice (I'm not keen on the crotch piece/waist and maybe the legs) but I'm still going MP for him. Way better than cheetor which hasbro is proving its pretty hard to do a figure that's worse than cheetor at this point

Transformers Kingdom Tigatron was definitely the most hyped up figure of the line due to the mystery of how he would turn out. Was he really a new mold? well, yes and no it turns out. Prime vs Prime has a video review up for this yet to be revealed toy and it does have A LOT of Cheetor's transformation and aesthetic, which is show accurate. However, he is a new mold since he is bigger than Cheetor, and a different animal.

A far, far better rendition of the character than Cheetor is, especially since Tigatron actually gets his gun!

The twinges of off-white look a bit odd, almost like he was left out in the sun and discolored. I guess it's accurate to the original toy, but it just looks...off. I'd prefer all white.

As do real life white tigers, which is what this line seems to be going for. "All white" tigers aren't real (nor are they an actual species), it's just a condition where most of their orange fur is white instead but bits of the orange fur is still there, creating that offwhite effect.

The original toy was a single, homogeneous tone of white, it's accurate to real white tigers, which often have darker or dirtier patches in their fur.

I like Tigatron a lot from the looks of things. I'm in the unpopular belief that Cheetor isn't half-bad (he's flawed, but not bad) and Tigatron is still leaps and bounds of an improvement. Personally I was hoping his gut gun would store. I wasn't personally attached to the gut gun so it being absent from Cheetor didn't bother me but it's still nice to see it with Tigatron.

When seeing group shots, I can't help but feel that Rhinox sticks out like a sore thumb. Ignoring accuracy, he still doesn't fit in with the rest of the Maximals.

I think the off-white parts are not the problem, I think the parts that are monotonically milk-white are the problem (like the tiger-back). If they had picked another shade of white the contrast would not be this big.

Tigatron has turned out pretty good, the shared parts and identical transformation to Cheetor doesn't surprise or disappoint me, because I do like Cheetor and there's enough differences with Tigatron so that he feels like his own unique thing. I'm looking forward to this one.

Wow, never knew Tigatron was so we'll liked. Cool to see as he was my favorite as well. I just remember having the Hasbro/Kenner one and it being a cream white as opposed to the Takara one which was a pure white.

He's definitely a beloved character, one of my favourites as well. And I would say of all Beast Wars characters, he's the one that really embodies the theme of this new era with his personality (really owning to the idea of a beast mode).

I see some comments (not here) claiming that this is a stolen sample and I don't get it. This product is packaged and ready for distribution. Don't know how PVP got it, don't care, but this is clearly not a toy stolen from the factory floor. I thought people were smarter.

Never had the toy, only managed to get a Cheetor knockoff like in 2001. But I loved Tigatron's character in the tv show, I'm pretty sure he's a fan favorite, just a bit low-key because he isn't as flashy or on screen as much as guys like Dinobot or Waspinator were.

It's definitely still stolen, but it's just a more completed sample as opposed to his usual factory floor samples. There's currently no way he obtained one legitimately unless Hasbro's prepared Wave 4 to drop next month... which obviously isn't the case.

Gotta love Amazon. This morning they sent me an email notice they pushed Tracks back to September. An hour ago they sent me an email notice he shipped and will be there tomorrow, and they price matched Target at $19.99. Alrighty then. Time to cancel my backup from Target.

You mean to say that the figure with a 1:1 height to width ratio somehow has a different built than the figures that seem to have a 3:1 height to width ratio?

They've pushed up the release of my Core Soundwave twice now. First they said September, then mid August, and now July 28. Earlier the better, it's just strange that they keep doing this.

Meanwhile my wave 3 Deluxes that were supposed to be here Wednesday from Target have been sitting in Massachusetts since Wednesday morning. It's already 5:30pm and the tracking still says it hasn't moved despite also insisting it'll be delivered today just as it did yesterday (not moving, but still coming that day). :roll:

The only thing I find a bit puzzling about Tigatron is the use of the tail as a tail whip instead of the classic rump gun. There's a whole portion of the beast mode back hanging off the robot mode as a useless flap. Why not just make that and the tail a single detachable accessory that folds into a gun? It would have solved a part of the transformation, made a callback to the original figure, given the figure a cooler weapon than just a ripped off tail, and it's the same amount of parts. Maybe even less parts, as they've probably left out the metal pin that way.

No not different in terms of his character design but his actual figure's design.
This Rhinox doesn't sit well with me and I don't really know why. The T30 version seems to fit slightly better with the Kingdom crowd, but I've heard that figure has plenty of problems on its own.

Maybe in hand he'll look better, but images don't seem too flattering for him.
