Oh and another thing to point out is that the leaks have suggested that the Fossilizers will turn up in Core Class as well. Like the Weaponizers and modulators before them, I'm very open to the idea of them being repainted into oblivion and back

According to the most recent rumors, the five Fossilizers are as follows:

Deluxe class:
Paleotrex - T-Rex (this one we see in the image)
Wingfinger - Pteranodon
Ractonite - Styracosaurus

Core class (though, these two names are still unconfirmed):
Dracodon
Vertebreake

Brownish fossil color with some slight printed dark brown weathering, asymmetrical shoulder ( left is giant blade and right is normal) , rib cage thighs , long arms with big claws hands that is dinolegs. The back is dino head , same style with G1 dinobot.
No ankle pivot but has heel 5mm ports. Has knee pivot both horizontal and vertical.
The head is exactly Primal mace , but it open and reveal striking silver chariot face inside with beautiful yellow eye.
This fossilizer is interesting.. I think you all need to be very creative. The head is indeed mace , but other parts i dont know how to integrate them on othwr figures. They are bones and bones after all. The chest can be shield or pauldron for example.

And so far, at least Wingfinger and Ractonite are Predacons.

very interesting. I am digging these, though hotrod having the fake hood chest bums me out. still if its as fun to transform as it is good looking, I can get behind it.

Mmm, well, some of the original Beast Wars toys do have 5mm fist holes.

I don't thinks Hot Rod should be a voyager . He is no taller than Kup or Arcee

He's a Voyager not because of his size but because he apparently comes with a ton of extra accessories.

He does look pretty good. Very faithful to his cartoon design. And the Fossilizer isn't half bad either.

The Class price points are no longer fully related to the size of the bot within it. For instance, Earhtrise "leader class" Double dealer is a whole head shorter than Studio Series "voyager class" Movie 1 megatron.

Basicaly, it just means you'll get a deluxe sized Hot Rod and have to pay $30 for it.

The Fossilizer looks cool admittedly, but still not sure if I’m 100% committed to it. I’d have to see more before I ultimately decide.

Hot Rod though... holy smokes! Sign me up for one of those! Now if only we can get an actually good Voyager scale Galvatron.... :BANG_HEAD:

I can always use another Hot Rod. He's one of my favourite TFs. I don't mind a fake chest if it gives us a good end result. It's very hard to talk about it right now since the picture is so blurry and outside of any size context. I'm still worried that 86 Sutio line will be incompatible with other lines since the bot modes tend to be so much smaller ... at least so far.

Since Hot Rod is going to be in the Studio Series line, Rodimus Prime will be coming in Kingdom, with the current speculation being that he might be the Commander class figure since all of the known Voyager and Leader slots have already been accounted for.

So that means he would be a voyager Hot Rod figure with a trailer wrapped around him? Basically a slightly larger version of the PoTP figure?
