Now that's what I would call "good" art, the character designs are superb, both in robot and alt-modes. Too bad Bluestreak didn't make the cut into the final game, better luck next time.
Megatron Wolf, I've played a lot of Nintendo DS games and I would say the graphics were fairly good, the difficulty felt a little harsh at times, but it wasn't nothing I couldn't beat, I actually liked the difficulty because a lot of DS games are waaay too easy. Both versions had me and my brother engaged for at least 3 weeks, most games get old after the first week.
That said, it definitively had some flaws, like the dark energon pools that have various effects (either they damage you, kill you or return you to the start of the section), the laser power being useless against the majority of the enemies, bosses that tend to get really nasty when you're under-leveled (this being a portable game, I just save or close the system and take a break until I feel strong enough to beat them) and cheaply done "cut scenes" (calling them that would be an stretch) that lack dialogue when you pass the mission, except during the so-called "ending".
There two major letdowns, however, the inability to fight against Megatron (or Optimus if you picked the Con version) in Story mode and the lack of a free-mode like the one featured in Transformers 2007 that ROFT also lacked.
And because the music isn't that bad, the characters were done well, the voice acting was good and the graphics were fine, plus I only encountered one glitch and it was a rare one that I'll never find again (unlike TF 2007 that was INFESTED), I give this game an 8.5.
