Weapon: Sniper Rifle
Her acting was okay. She's fairly new in the biz, so I can excuse that. Because of this movie, she's gonna get more exposure and surely she's gonna get more future roles. Then her acting experience can grow from there. Then she's gonna become a better actress. That's how it works, Conceptron.

I don't even think Conceptron is doing this just because he hates the movie. I have a sinking feeling the he/she does this for kicks!

Megan's acting? I wasn't expecting anything actually. It wasn't like she was grating on my nerves. Neither was I looking for Oscar-Awards class acting.

Damn if I let a jerk like you ruin the fun I had watching this movie. :-x

Here we go again *roll Eyes* This Conceptron doesnt give up...

Hes made like i dont even know 5 threads at least about how he dislikes the movie... I understand hes allowed to voice his opinion... But damn, does he need to fill the forum with negative comments? I mean one thread is enough to say you didnt like it..

Conceptron please stop... GODAMN

I have read your posts, you initially said you didnt like bay to start off with, and yet you went to see it, ever since you have seen it, you have been telling us how u hate it with a differnt topic each time, this time about megan fox.

>_> Next you'll say the robots acted bad.

Then the people in the theatres were robots too

And the woman who laughs during the Frenzy hacking scenes, is actually a Government spy, been inputted to piss YOU off.

V_V

*SIGH*

Guys? seriously though, havent i made my point? 5+ threads of negativity? Cant it be kept in one freaking place?

P.S.
I think Megan did, pretty well. Not Awesome, but pretty well... Especially near the end, where her true character came out, she helped bumblebee, and even began to cry/whimper when she felt she may fail.

^ but no seriously, Megan was good in TF. I mean, at least she wasn't portrayed as some damsel in distress that needed saving. In fact, she saved Sam's life from Frenzy by using a the electric saw.... how many movies have you seen where the "token hot girl" would act that way with courage and bravery to take the initiative to fight. Psh, other girl characters would've been written to act scared and scream for help. Not to mention it was her idea to jack the tow truck to save Bumblebee. She wanted to stay behind even when Cap'n Lennox was forcing her to leave. Not to mention her background with her father. She was raised up hard, unlike Sam's character who grew up with a silver spoon. She wasn't just some "dumb-broad-princess." We got to see her character grow from some shallow high school girl to a really courageous person who was willing to sacrifice everything; she was truly one of the heroes in this film. She was willing to sacrifice her life, just as she sacrificed being free for not turning her dad in years before, which as a result got her a juvi record.
And of course, courage is one of the central themes in this movie, as every character possesed some aspect of it. She was tough and brave and at the same time delicate and
caring....

Hopefully my post didn't make it seem like I didn't like Mikaela. I actually liked her character, and thought Megan Fox did a pretty good job with what was there. I just can't stand Lana on Smallville, and I'd be worried that I couldn't see past that role(mostly in jest, but I would have that running through my head).

Honestly, I don't know how people can complain about Mikaela not being that great of a character in the same summer we're subjected to the big screen version of Mary Jane Watson, who MIGHT just be the least sympathetic female character in a film since the Queen Alien. =p

You just love attention, don't you? Megan Fox is actually a very talented actress. Is she the best? No. But I can think of worse.

Briggs...come on. She does not have a clue how to act. What she is doing can be done by any girl on the street. She's not even trying. I wish I could talk to her and tell her that she really REALLY needs to improve a HELL of a lot.

You ask for people's opinions, only to hammer on your pre-made answers as if they were undeniable fact. It's clear to me you already have your answers ready and couldn't care less for our opinions. So why even bother. You didn't like TRANSformers, many of us did, others didn't. Fair enough, now move along.

Agree.. totally

Oh to lodelco's post... i dont think that agrees with the did megan act thread.... >_> Thats just VG Cats talking about how the characters are underdeveloped and how they killed jazz, after claiming hes the token black guy.

Even though i love VG cats, i dont think that was good. Kinda lame actually.

I say we just stop replying to his "whats your opinion" topics if they are in the same manner as this - meant to criticize the film and us for liking it. And now....

Sorry about that. I was actually comparing Conceptron's brand of bellyaching to Scott's brand of whine. I liked the latter because with all the passionate animosity from Conceptron Scott's comic was a welcome relief.

Lame? It didn't feel like that to me. Although I have this sinking feeling its also poking fun at haters...

i think she was one of the worst parts in the movie. as i have stated before, it looked to me that she could really care less. like "god.. i have to act today."
she was aweful. she didn't even try. and the times she DID try to act (the tow truck scene) made her look even worse and terribly cheesy.
she's not even that good of eye candy, and to be playing a mixed up 16 yr old, you can't even want to oogle her unless your under 18.
she sucked.
shia made up for it, but megan fox sucks.

no ****?
if you don't like conceptron's posts? why the hell do you read them and spend your time bitching back at the guy. just don't read the goddamn thread. there's people i don't necessarily agree with, but i don't go into their threads everytime and ask why they are a retard. i'm grown up enough to not hit the reply button, and walk away.
does it matter?
he doesn't like the movie, you guys do.
just don't read his posts unless you want to get into it.
and at this point, i think he's just baiting you guys for probably a good laugh at your expense

Think you could do any better? And what makes you qualified to tell her how to act?! And how to act "...a HELL of a lot." better at that? How would you have done that role any better? What suggestions would you have for her? And don't give me the "...just act better..." crap. Real suggestions. I'm curious...

For my $.02... I thought she did fine! She certainly looked it!

ya know, i never saw your other topics, and already you disgust me.

main point: WHO GIVES A DANG? It's a MOVIE! you don't nitpick at little thing. You take in all of it at once-the CGI, the actors, the acting, the music, the sets, the plot- not get picky and start bashing one part.

Also, I think Megan was great!

There,i said it. I'm done.
