WFC Blue Autobot Tank

I was just looking through the concept art in WFC and I came across a blue and white Autobot tank and for the life of me I can't work out who it is meant to be!
The only one I could think of was Hotspot, with the tank barrel shooting water.
Any ideas?

Just a drone, I think. Does look a little specific all round but I'd say a drone, perhaps...

That is Scattershot, which they've leaked is going to be one of the 5 characters you can play in the first DLC for the War for Cybertron game. He is another Autobot Tank, vs Onslaught, the Decepticon van.
The other 3 characters will be the so-called exclusive characters from pre-order games. Jazz, Shockwave, and Demolishor.
