To be honest, the TRU Revenge of the Fallen Hoist is no worse a homage than Bludgeon or Whirl, people were pretty happy with those. Maybe a new head could rescue it in the eyes of some.

Wish group:
Ultra Magnus (no repaint, please)
Shockwave (even the WFC version is fine)
Galvatron (better and bigger)
Springer (not really necessary a triple changer as Hasbro usually screws those, but definitely not the Cybertron Evac repaint)

Sub group:
Blitzwing (same like Springer, if can't do triple changer, choose a common one and do it good)
Predaking (Universe/ROTF/Energon combiner style. Am I dreaming?)

The problem with Blitzwing and Springer are this - remolds. Hasbro seem to like the idea of getting a repaint\remold these days. A triple-changer is a big design investment, which is probably why we haven't seen any for a while.

Suggestions....

Blitzwing w\ Flywheel remold
Sandstorm w\ Springer remold
Battletrap w\ Springer remold

If PCC was still going, I could have seen a Predaking from that.

But PCC lacks individual bots and the drones do not do the beast modes right (Grimstone is the best example). Menasor may fit into PCC better.

Personally what I am looking for is:

Autobots - Trailbreaker, Slag, Snarl, Sludge, Swoop, Gears (Scout/Legend), Skids, Hot Spot, Shattershot, Chromedome, Sky Lynx

Decepticons - Sunstorm, Reflector (3 Legend/Scout set), Nightbird, Bombshell, Kickback, Shrapnel, Blitzwing, Sixshot, Motormaster (not a Prime repaint), Razorclaw, Hun-garr

The ones I need first are to complete the 2984 line-

Trailbreaker, Brawn, Huffer, Gears, Laserbeak and Buzzsaw. For me, those ones must be reissued.

After that, a lot of the usual suspects:

Sixshot as voyager-class

Headmasters and Targetmasters with actual heads.

The Constructicons, hell all the combiner groups.

the Dinobots.

After what I've been told about Megs, that may be the only way to have a Megatron, so why not? I really would like to get another Megs. To be honest, I didn't like the classics version.

The only way, in my opinion, to have a good Sixshot would be a voyager class- at least. Me, personally, would like it to be a supreme class.

More Combaticons/Stunticons (we've had Onslaught, Dragstirp and the impossible to get cheap Wildrider so far)

If they make a completely new line then:

Springer done right

becasue those 4 were the big disappointments from the otherwise outstanding neo G1 lines.

I too would like a new Ultra Magnus. I would prefer a voyager class figure, but I'd take a deluxe. What I would really, really like to see (even if it's a RTS Voyager) would be a Magnus toy that properly depicted his G1 self, but that wasn't made up of a seperate cab-trailer like the G1 toy. Basically,this, but super-sized, with more detail, and less kibble:
