I also collect TMNT, Voltron, Thundercats, G.I. Joe, DC, Marvel, Lego, Mattel Disney Cars and Planes, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, various video game characters, and the occasional animated movie character figure. Currently I am more focused on Marvel Legends figures.

i also collect european comic books, star wars novels, s.h. figuarts (kamen rider, super sentai and i've ordered my first metal hero) and sentai DX mecha. i also have some gundam models, and i'm busy rebuilding and completing my old space lego

I have an inkling of Power Rangers merchandise: Retrofire Zeo Megazord, US Samurai Megazord and Battlewing. Only missing the squid and lobster. I'm also fascinated by trinkets from toy dispensers. On my wife's side, it's My Little Pony and Voltron.

My collection is almost all Transformers. I do have a couple other things.

I have my GI Joes from when I was a kid.
Classics He-Man/Battle Cat, Skeletor/Panthor
A vintage Castle Greyskull with Talon Fighter and Snake Mountain
A vintage Voltron
A Darth Vader light saber

Basically a representation of all of the stuff I loved as a kid.

Star wars, marvel 3 3/4 in figures, G I Joe, all of which I'm considering getting rid of. Zoids, gundam, some frame arms models, and some sf figures dbz figures. Depending on the price I may start collecting armarauders when they come out.

*in retrospect, this post is was longer that it had to be*

when i was a child, TF's turtles and spiderman toys ruled my life. teenager, i began collecting comics. early adulthood i began seriously collecting TF's, which early 20's shifted to seriously collecting comics. (im now 30)

up until about a year ago when i started losing interest in my comics. i collected everything marvel and dabbling here and there in other publishers. and when i say everything, i mean everything. all marvel titles, all variants. its a horrendously expensive hobby.

i never "quit" collecting TF's. i always bought things here and there, but nothing serious. comics werent scratching the itch i guess, and hastak and 3P's started doing amazing things. so i started gravitating back to TF's. now im back in pretty heavy.

as of today, Tf's rule my life. i collect only a select amount of marvel titles. although i guess its a part of my comics, but i have a huge collection of hardcover trades. and i have quite an extensive movie collection, i love physical formats and will buy them as long as they still exist (and for highly collectible movie things, check out steelbooks). and i have a few statues.

by the numbers (roughly)... 9700 comics, 2000 dvd/blurays, 1000 TF's, 500 HC's, and a dozen statues. which is all pretty terrifying now that i think about it.

The only other thing I've gotten into collecting a lot of recently are Glyos and other Fit Function System toys!

I'm really into action figures in general. If something I like has an action figure I'll try to get it. It's mostly super heroes and comic book stuff like Marvel Legends, but I've got several miscellaneous figures. Like Dracula, Boba Fett, the Spider Gremlin, Aliens, and American McGee's Alice to name a few.

That's an Armorvor. A anthropomorphic wolf in power armor. Made in the the style of Battle Beasts! It comes in three flavors right now. Full colour, translucent green and black, and clear!

Hey y'all,

Still sort of new around here. this is the first time I've ventured outside of the "Official Side". This is a nice little thread. Refreshing to talk about the other things we like.

I just came off a Lego LOTR and Hobbit binge. Really kind of the best toys from that movie license.

I have been collecting TF's since Beast Wars, but also have all my OGs from childhood.
Also have a decent amount of Microman. I like anything Takara. Have some Diagunder, and Webdiver.

I had been collecting Star Wars since 77, but fell off around the time of the Clone Wars CG cartoon. Still love it, just have enough. Nervous about the coming trilogy. I think I'd rather start spending the money on 3P TF's.

I have a pretty well rounded collection of Bandai robots, but haven't dabbled in that for a while.

I also have a large collection of Playmobil Knights and Fantasy. I love these toys because they are the only toys not supported by licensing. Only the imagination. They some how magically filled the void after beating Zelda Ocarina of Time, that couldn't even be filled by other Zelda games.

Man, if money weren't an issue I would collect things like old typewriters, 1950's era sci-fi space ships and robots, and really old maps that I'd have framed, or even videogame overworld maps.

holy... if money were no object? thats a damn good question.

i would recreate the G1 (S1)cast of autobots, as actual vehicles. so id have a peterbuilt, couple lambos, a porsche, couple of those vans, ect. then all professionally painted to look exactly like they did in the toon, symbols and all. and if you think about it, the decepticons wouldnt be that hard aside from the seekers. but if moneys no object, why not a trio of F-15's am i right? :lol:

If money were no object, I would own a lot of very expensive vintage cars and probably quite a few more guitars. While we are at it, I would collect houses and property as well.
