The "Universe" comic from a few years ago took place shortly after Beast Machines, but I don't know if I'd consider it a true continuation of the BW/BM storyline since it focused mainly on characters from the universe toyline (which to be fair, did include a handful of BW/BM characters) and OTFCC exclusives. Plus, it only lasted three issues before it was canceled when 3H lost the license to do the official TF convention.

Oh, and btw, I forgot to mention, they were originally planning to do a cartoon/toyline that would continue where BM left off. It was called "Transtech," but it never materialized. I was just suddenly reminded of this 'cause allspark posted a news item about some new, never-before-seen Transtech art that was just posted on the Draxhall Jump website. If you're interested in what could have been, you might want to check it out. There's also a good page on Transtech at the TF wiki.

Nope. Sorry.
There should be! Because I would have loved to see the continuation after BM

I think they actually just danced and sang for the rest of all time. Which was about 46 minutes, as a time-space anomaly unfortunately combusted reality.

It was an unbearable, miserably written fan-wank. That is the one story creation that I seriously hope is not canon in any way. The only possibly decent aspect of it is the redemption of Rhinox, who was horrendously mis-written in Beast Machines.

I liked the Universe story, and it was then continued again in the Transformers Collectors Club comic, where Sentinel Maximus, Ultra Magnus and Optimus Prime from RiD traveled from that world to the Unicron Trilogy world. Than as that story ended it had Skyfall and Landquake continue on to the Classic Universe. It's all official and continuing, right up into the BotCon comic this year.

I would've been a bit more polite in describing it, but yeah, that's pretty accurate.

Nope, after that it was nothing. Beast Wars leads into BM nicely. You should get it and watch it. Its a lot better than BM. Maybe someone could let you borrow it or check Netflix for it. If push comes to shove, contact me about it and I can burn you copies. I have them all, TF gen 1, BW, and BM.

Oh, don't think I was correcting you in my statement. Everything you said was correct and I wasn't going at you or anything for mentioning it.
Stuff just had to be said about the stories, because critically, they were very bad.

There is the Wreckrs comics (Botcon). Acording to the last panels relased before being canned, a large battle between the Wrecekrs, Dinobots, and Maximals against the Quintessons and Cryoteck was suposed to happen in Cybertron and judjing by the aspect of the city (large forests and such) is after Beast Machines.
I like those comics and for me they are the cannon ending of Beast Machines.

Aside from the Universe comic and it's continuting onvention stories, there is one other post-Beast Machines story: the four-part manga story of Beast Wars Reborn.
In this story, following the deaths of Optimus Primal and Megatron in Beast Machines, the two of them are somehow ressurected in their season 1 Beast Wars bodies, both lacking their memories of their past lives.
They both awaken to find themselves onboard some kind of ancient starship that also seems to be some sort of temple. The two work together to find out what's going on (though, Primal wonders if he can trust Megatron, due to the lizard's curt behavior) and make their way through the ship to find some answers.
As the story progresses, various things happen to both characters; such as Megatron going after another Golden Disk, both of them fighing a zombie army, Primal temporarily gaining G1 Optimus Prime's G2 Laser Rod body, and the two of them encountering Galaxy Force Soundblaster (A.K.A. Logos Prime) and Vector Prime.
And, even though the story focuses on the two Beast Era leaders after their Beast Machines lives, this story sems to be set in the distant past of the Galaxy Force cartoon.

Re: What happens after Beast Machines?
I have to say I loved the Universe/Wreckers comics.
I think Fox Kids showed Beast Machines on Sky and the Irish station TV3 showed it on Saturday mornings about 8 years ago. I used to work nights and tried watching it but usually fell asleep. Both seasons of BM were available in the UK on dvd. Got mine in Tescoes the day TF1 came out.
