What Is The Correct Transformation For Piranacon?

Weapon: Switch Blade Tail
Both the G1 giftset instructions and the reissue have the following:

Right arm: Skalor
Left arm: Seawing
Right leg: Nautilator
Left leg: Tentakil
Weapon: Overbite

The Japanese instructions for King Poseidon are as follows:

Right arm: Nautilator
Left arm: Seawing
Right leg: Skalor
Left leg: Tentakil
Weapon: Overbite

The original concept art for what became the TFCC redeco follows the King Poseidon setup as well. (I'm not sure what the finished product says)

Now, I realize that it's Scramble City and whatever setup you decide to go with is fine. I realize it's not a matter of extreme importance.

But, the OCD in me is just bugging me about this. (I know I can't be the only one.) I kinda like the US G1/reissue setup, but I just wanted to know for sure what the "official" transformation is.

I know the Marvel era comics had changed him on a frequent basis, one of those being the Japanese setup, and I know he never hit US airwaves other than commercials, but I just can't figure out which is the "correct" one.

Anyone?

Bueller?

In short, nothing is 100% correct. I do have to say Nautilator makes a lousy arm. Another possibility is the BWII God Neptune configuration:

Right arm: Skalor
Left arm: Overbite
Right leg: Seawing
Left leg: Tentakil (he never budges in all configuration!)
Weapon: Nautilator (again, lousy)

On mine I have Skalor and Seawing switched from that:

Right arm: Seawing
Left arm: Overbite
Right leg: Skalor
Left leg: Tentakil
Weapon: Nautilator

Funny result is that Overbite ends up replacing the bumbling Nautilator in the "Japan Configuration" as it were. As I've read he does that quite often :P
The resident Rewind... well, half of one

It doesn't help that the connector pin isn't in the middle, does it? Officially, you have to plug the gun into the feet, but a better way is to put it in his mouth.

Oooh. I kinda like that.

Though I'd keep Overbite as the weapon.

Pink on top, gray on bottom. It does look better that way.

Yeah, the weapon stands threw me for a loop. I didn't know they could used as a weapon until I saw the small peg for the handle. Then I saw the picture on the box and I started using some of the stand weapons on Overbite and Nautilator.

I like Nautlator as a gun better. Though he kind of works as leg.

Personally I use:

Skalor: Right Leg
Overbite: Left Leg
Seawing: Right Arm
Tentakil: Left Arm
Nautilator: as the Gun.
