I am a pen pusher (aka corporate office job).

Yet I have a forklift licence that I never use. But having said licence will allow me to hop onto a company forklift truck if I'm too lazy to walk.

First Aid certificate. I'm a Health & Safety representative. I've only had to attend to one injury incident at work in the 2 decades. And it was for a minor accident.
