What subgroup to collect?

Feel free to discuss anything about any of the thousands of Transformer toys here. Anything from Generation 1 all the way to the soon to be released, the never to be released or the hope to be released is fair game! Want to show off your stuff? Please post your's and see others in the Transformers Collections Forum.

Like I've said, price is not really an issue. The energon line has lots of cool robots, but for some reason, I feel they are better suited for younger fans, like my nephew.
I bought a robot called MP-04, and if I like it, I will get more of them. And I will fill in with alternators and a few classics where the Mp line fails to give me my favorite characters.

Yeah, the Masterpieces are cool. I have Skywarp, Megatron and Grimlock, and I give them all varying degrees of thumbs up. I personally am not a big fan of the Alternators (except for Binaltech Tracks, who's great) but a number of posters here are big fans who'll be able to advise you on which ones are and aren't worth getting.
