Cog is really besides himself on this one ... I'll close the door on the way out

EDIT: I dig the configuration of Cog on the right, that's not the official way is it? Looks cool and Metal Slug-esque.

Thanks! Not a lot of people know this, but Cog is actually Vanguard. :D

I like that he can split into two vehicles. Any luck of pulling it off with Brunt?

The sweet elderly lady running the store didn't even know what Trailbreaker was and had him priced very reasonably.
Now to find his accessories! ;)^

My favorite transformer right there, he is gorgeous! well done on that find!

Thanks! It's their anti-aircraft mode.

And what do you mean by familiar, did you already unlock this mode? :))

No, I've yet to get creative with the weaponizers. :(

Cog looks a little like the first "boss" in Contra on the NES:

And Brunt looks like he's cosplaying as Galvatron's alt-mode.

Ah yeah, Galvatron came to mind for me too.

Brunt's Little Shop of Horrors mode.

And I wonder what can be done with their parts mixed together..

They're very different from each other, which I appreciate. I'm glad each is a unique puzzle.

I'm curious to see what you come up with. ;)^ :-?

One of my Reflectors should be joining the deskbots soon, if I'd stop goofing off so much. I do sprinkle in a little work for good measure.

I take it you don't have Sixgun yet? I'd say he's the weakest with Brunt being the strongest. Of course I'm talking purely from a partsforming action figure point of view. Being a "wannabe old school G1'r" Sixgun makes the most sense to me. I picked up Cog and Brunt as Titan accessories. Toys for my toys if you will. Hell, I can't even reach Cog without a step stool.

I'm actually skipping Six-Gun, I figured one of each faction is good enough..

I got Cog to experience the Weaponizer gimmick and it was so cool that I had to get Brunt (who also looked cool in the promotional material. Sometimes it's fun to get characters that weren't on the show.) Plus, you know that Megatron saw Optimus Prime using it and had to create his own evil version of it... That was a huge selling point. :))

Picking the top five of 2019 will be difficult, especially since three spots will likely be taken by Optimus Prime.

Also, great shot! With the Michael Bell guys in the front for good measure. Scale's really working there.

I can get with that methodology. I like enforcing limits. I still need to get a Metroplex to go with my Sixgun. #backasswards

I don't even participate in those discussions anymore. It's already been a whirlwind of great acquisitions and there's no way I'll remember what all I purchased come December. I will say that Siege Prime and SS38 are going be hard to beat. Who's your third MP OP 3.0?

Thanks, I'm very happy with the way my "neo G1" shelf has turned out. Siege really brought it together for me. Link in my sig brings you to the first page of my collection thread with some wide shots. Many of which are out-dated now.

Don't forget about Galaxy Upgrade Optimus, Movie 1 Optimus, or the upcoming DOTM Optimus. I would personally nominate MP-44 for worst toy of 2019.

carytheone, that is an awesome display.

Cyber, as someone who has all 3 weaponizers, you now have made me think about what would happen if all 3 were fused together...

Yes, I have a good feeling about it. ;)

They're really delivering with Siege.

Still not sold on Reflector though. He looks right but I don't know.. it's the same figure three times, total $60-70.. and he might get an MP eventually.. and Hasbro/Amazon is acting like they're doing me a favour selling me toys..

Yeah, that's a tough one. I wish they were legends class and had more accessories to fill out the camera mode. I considered some of the 3P sets for a while, but decided to jump on the officials. I know some who are putting them with their MPs. I'm considering doing the same and getting a KO of the smaller 3Ps for my CHUGs. It's a solid and fun figure, but feels lacking somehow. I like it/them and have no regrets, but it's hard to really fully recommend because of the financial commitment to get all three.

Not groundbreaking but points for using all the parts. :)) And I think the cannon arm was inspired by D-Max.

Using Cyberpath as inspiration to flex that nearly dead creative part of my brain, came up with a few variations on Sixgun.

Mechwarrior

Turret mode

Made an improvement after the fact. Flipped a couple "fingers" of the base backwards for stability. The neat part is how much freedom of movement each gun has in this mode. Sixgun truly is a pile of pew pew.
