You know what would be interesting and just plain freaking awesome? In Prime, what if Megatron actually died and Starscream is the new leader of the Decepticons for the rest of the intire series? It would be different, but the G1ers would be pissed and boycot Prime like they do with the movies.
This is why I liked Animated because it was so different. Optimus wasn't the leader which made the show more interesting.

I just saw "Darkness Rising Part 1" and it was awesome.
Too bad 'bout Cliffjumper tough: he seemed cool and got killed in the first ten minutes. (Seriously, why do the cool bots always get it?)
At first (before seeing it) the D-Drones seemed brainless and weak, but they aren't and they're cool too (Damn, if they will get a toys made, i'd so gonna try to get one)
I think the coolest point of the 'piece was Arcee & Bumblebee VS. The Eradicons.
Just 15 minutes of watching and I already love the new Series.
