Don't expect to fetch that much however. I'm looking at an online store that deals in 2nd-hand Transformers and BotCon exclusives are listed below the hundreds for the most part. Complete box sets sell for roughly $300 to $500.

They may go for less on that site because it doesn't get as much traffic as eBay. Fewer bidders = lower prices. If someone paid $700 just a couple weeks ago on eBay, I would bet the OP could get that much if they sold it on eBay. All the people who lost that recent auction would probably bid on his, and if they were willing to pay almost $700 before, they're probably going to bid that much again.

Which is why I never go EBay on my own. Too easy to overpay.

Yeah, that figure is WAAAAY overpriced on eBay. No way would I pay more than $400 for that figure.

$700?! Wow...

Looks like he's come down in price. I was trying to buy one four or five years ago and $1000 was a steal back then. 7 bones is still a lot of cash, but better than I remember it being.

Well, he asked what it's worth. It's worth whatever buyers are willing to pay. If they're going for $700 on eBay right now, then that's what it's worth. Maybe YOU wouldn't pay that much, but obviously there are people who WOULD and HAVE.

What it's worth changes from person to person. There's no set price. As you said, it's worth whatever buyers are willing to pay. I am willing to pay $400. To ME that's what it's worth. So that's what I answered.

I understand what you're saying. But I think the OP is more interested in what it's worth on the open market, not what you personally would want to pay.
