I had almost ditched this one, but after working on the arms tonight, he's back on board.

The kit came with marlboro decals which would be kind of cool to have a diaclone version of him but not that cool. eh, we'll see how that goes. the legs and arms come from classics mirage. the head and feet are cast from energon downshift. the feet joints are bionicle. shoulder joints came from classics firebot and cybertron clocker. door flap joints came from classics divebomb. :shock:

and yes, he tranforms...for now.

thanks fellas. you sure know how to encourage a guy. I put in an hour tonight but it doesn't look like much. here's a picture of what the alt mode is looking like so far.

He looks even better than your Tracks re-shell! I love how you used Downshift's feet too; I didn't notice that the first time around. You really nailed the vehicle mode man! I have a very hard time modding Transformers with realistic car modes.

hey thanks folks. I've been out of town for a while. got a little more done on wheeljack last night. I've also posed him with my first "human" bash-still a work in progress. Raul!
Raul was tracks' buddy back when most of you were still sperm. :shock:

Thanks fellas. you sure know how to keep a guy motivated.
here are a few updated shots. Major customizing and cleaning are complete. minor touch ups, decals and paint aps coming up.
