how about gray exept for those clear spots where you can see through the gun mode, and just those sections red.

I quite like your pic with the red, looks almost like a regal robe or something.
Grey is also good.
Just not as good.

well will always put in silly options just for a laugh , maybe next time it will be yes , no , oh a thrid leg and maybe

I believe I'll find a way to make them removable, as they just look doofy to me. (kinda like Starscream's stupid crown)

I prefer the red backs. Megatron already has enough gray. A combination might work too, like just keeping the area around the inside of the gun chamber red. I think when I get mine I'm gonna make them red.
