Trypticon ...i for one dont even really care if he has a dino mode or not as long as it a city former...or seeing as he really istn big enough to be a city...big building transformer what about all of you

Hell if they do all that, they should bring on the headmasters.

Trypticon should be in TF4 or 5, Having the Base transformers in the second film is too early. Also please no Headmasters!

TF4 & 5 could be just comics or tv cartoons. I don't think TF can stretch that far with Bay's style of directing.

Bay's bam! wham! first shockers style could be effective for TF1, and probably up to TF2. But not for the long haul.

We need better story and character development to make it last.

Did i say Long Haul?

Well if anything I would rather have it as 3 films. I dont want this to end up like Star wars.

Prequel?

I'd say 3 films is good. At one every 2 years.

Then give it a few years rest. Say, 10 years.

Then come back with another 3 films.

Personally I'd rather see a small cast of well developed characters on both sides rather that bring out the big guns with Trypticon here, Metroplex there and Devestator smashing up a building over then. However subtlty is not Michael Bay's forte so I would not be at all supprised if that is what he ends up doing.

In my opinion it should go something like this:

Autobots: With the loss of Jazz we have an opening, maybe Prowl seeing as he and Jazz have traditionally shared the second in command position, however methinks it wouls more likely be Arcee. It would also be cool to see Grimlock but maybe he'd be more suited to a third movie if that everyhappens.

Decepticons: Well we don't know the storylnie yet but I'd assume Starscream will return with a feinds, that could be the other seekers, it could be the Constucticons (with new names obviously). Soundwave really should make it into this movie hopefully as loyal to Megatron as he's ever been and no doubt Megatron will return. Sockwave would also be good but I've always thought of him as Grimlocks opposide number, so I'd be happy if he was delayed untill Grim makes an appearence.

I really think that's all we need, a handful of TFs on either side and enough screentime for them all to get some much needed character development. If we get that I might actually end up happy that the film franchise is continuing, however I was originaly very exited about the prospect of the first movie and that turned out to be a massive disappointment.

Yours AK
