Some guy in my neighborhood is selling a few TFs and I can't identify this one. Does it look familiar to anyone?

Yup, TRU exclusive Countdown who is probably on clearance since TRU all seem to be doing a reset right now. My only experience with this mold is the Botcon Megatron version and I love that. This has to be nearly as good right?
